Expediting activities can be carried out by Tverborgvik a.s. in order to ensure that valves and related equipment are delivered on time according to contract and in line with the project schedule. All expediting will be based on a close relationship with the project organization to ensure that all relevant requirements are included.

Together we can establish an expediting plan to ensure that correct activities are carried out in conjunction with the Project Procurement Follow-up Plan (PPFP). An agreed check list based on the following subjects can be relevant:

• review of order content and correct understanding of the order
• supplier production capability
• availability of necessary material for construction and control of suppliers purchasing plan for such materials
• review of the suppliers expediting activities related to respective sub suppliers
• final documentation control including detailed assistance to the suppliers documentation responsible in order to ensure correct document handling
• production status reporting
• final acceptance testing and functional control of ordered equipment
• "close-out" activities
